This large facility contains state of the art manufacturing processes and machines for producing multistage axially split pumps. Internationally recognized as one of the worlds leading suppliers to the petroleum industry Sulzer Pumps USA operates many strategic alliances with major oil companies for the supply of new pumps and after sales services. Their quality control systems are independently audited to ISO 9001 standard. 

The Sulzer Process Pumps’ USA facility in Easley, South Carolina is a producer of pre-engineered process pumps focusing on the pulp & paper and foods, metals and fertilizer industries. This modern facility contains state of the art manufacturing processes and machines for producing end-suction centrifugal pumps to ISO and ANSI standards.  Recognized as one of the worlds leading suppliers to it’s chosen industries, Sulzer Process Pumps has a long and successful relationship with many major customers worldwide.  Their quality control systems are registered and independently audited to the ISO 9002 standard.

The Sulzer Pumps USA facility in Houston focuses on the requirements of the HVAC, plumbing, waste water, water treatment, steel mill, industrial, marine, recreational, semi-conductor, power, irrigation/agriculture, OEM, and petrochemical markets.

The plant is designed expressly to produce and test vertical pumps, and features the latest computerized machining equipment. They have 180,000 gallon test laboratory and their quality control systems are registered and independently audited to the ISO 9001 standard.
