Resources and Facilities


A new building completed in 2006 incorporates a wide range of machine tools and pump rebuild facilities. These include on-site tear down and inspection, machining, welding, balancing, reassembly and nuclear grade quality certification. Our qualified staff are committed to providing professional and timely responses. In-house engineering resources for common and unique pump service challenges speed response times. Additional support is provided by central engineering and design groups providing specialized mechanical design and hydraulic development such as comprehensive rotor dynamic and finite element analysis.

 

Core Competencies

 

  • Repair, parts, new pumps, upgrades, and uprates are offered formost nuclear utility pump applications.
  • Assumption of design responsibility, reverse engineering, manufacture, and certifi cation of pumps and assembliesfor most OEM’s.
  • Quality Assurance Program certified and audited to meet the requirements of 10CFR50 Appendix B, part 21, and ASME N & NPT Class 1, 2, and 3.
  • Hot shop capability for ASME (all code classes) and other radiologically contaminated components.
  • Field service including performance diagnostics, troubleshooting, pump work oversight, hydraulic performance, and mechanical condition monitoring.
  • Extensive experience in reverse engineering, rapid prototyping manufacturing of parts for pump repairs.
